Mindfulness On-Site Training
Mindfulness helps us be "present" in our current situation and realize that based on our experiences, we each have a unique interpretation and perspective of any given event. Course Description/AgendaFrequently the source of drama in an organization is based on misunderstanding, ignorance, and insensitivity to the differences in others. To resolve these people issues, minimize intolerance, and enhance inclusion in the working environment, individuals must practice self-awareness (an emotional intelligence competency) and mindfulness. Mindfulness helps us be "present" in our current situation and realize that based on our experiences, we each have a unique interpretation and perspective of any given event. Being conscious of this awareness is the first step to becoming more mindful and emotionally intelligent in interpreting different situations as well as becoming more respectful of the varying perspectives of others.
Note: Previous training in Developing Emotional Intelligence is advisable
