being able to manage yourself, your tasks and your time effectively

Assess your conflict management styles
Define and practice principles of interest-based negotiation
Identify strategies for “win-win” negotiation.
Learn to build confidence and create motivational environments
Identify, demonstrate and practice wellness and stress reduction techniques

Time and task management versus self-management
Motivating yourself and others by creating environments that motivate through autonomy, mastery and purpose
Tips for staying motivated
Personal accountability and time management. Distinguishing between what is important and what is urgent in order to manage your time effectively
How to clear your mind to manage commitments: Collect, Process, Organize, Review, Do
Assessing your stressors
Long term and short term strategies to wellness; practicing stress relief through laughter and meditation
