Treating Your Team Members with Respect (Presented In Spanish) On-Site Training

Learn the importance of treating your team members with respect, and how to put it into practice

Course Description/Agenda

THIS WEBINAR IS PRESNETED IN SPANISH

Respect Starts with the Proper Use of Words. The lack of respect and civility in the workplace is a problem that influences the way we work with each other.

Think about the impact of some conversations that caused negative feelings or misunderstandings.
Maybe they were strong words that caused emotional damage. Years later, people still remember the impact of those words.

Or maybe they were loving words that made you feel good. After many years, you still remember those beautiful words.

Words have tremendous power. They can encourage and discourage.
They can motivate as well as demotivate. Good relationships always start with pleasant words. Bad relationships always start with harmful words.
