- Identify the role played by job titles and job descriptions in hiring
- Write more inclusive job titles and descriptions
- Apply techniques to evaluate and improve your job descriptions
- Align strong titles and descriptions to DEI initiatives and goals
Session 2: Drafting Effective Interview Questions
- Write interview questions that are strong, insightful and inclusive
- Discover why the questions you ask can lead to the wrong or right hire
- Ensure questions reflect the tasks, responsibilities and behaviors of the job
- Apply techniques that objectively measure candidate responses
Session 3: Selecting Candidates Without Bias
- Make more objective and equitable hiring decisions
- Differentiate multiple candidates with similar skills and abilities
- Determine the potential of candidates based on growth opportunities
- Define mission, values and organizational habits to help evaluate candidates
