assumptions, perceptions, attitudes and stereotypes of self and
others can influence interpersonal relationships.

dimensions of workplace diversity.

Applying business
rationale for valuing, accepting and managing workplace diversity.

Using employee
differences to achieve goals and objectives through self-assessments
that can include the
Personal Profile System
(DISC), the
Discovering Diversity Profile
and the
Thomas-Kilman Conflict
Mode Instrument.

Action Planning
for on-the-job applications.
