This session allows participants to identify their professional
objective and support that objective with accomplishment statements. A
professional objective will provide them with the direction they need for their
career plan, and set the tone for other communication to help them select and
prioritize their contact lists and targets.
In addition to identifying their skills, personal
characteristics, interests, and values, they will be able to determine their
main competencies which enable them to be proficient in the tasks they perform,
and how those competencies can be further utilized to benefit their careers and
their organization.
