Course Description
This course is for
managers with at least five years of management experience. This
course provides experienced managers with an opportunity to take an
introspective look at who they are, to explore where they are going
in their life and career, and to learn how to find deeper meaning
and satisfaction in their lives. This workshop will help managers
assess their current career paths, leadership style, communication
patterns in a diverse workplace, and mentoring and motivating skills
with the latest application of current management practices
supported by theory and research. Managers will practice new
knowledge and skills in an experiential and fun learning
environment.
