sessions, to explore applications involving contracts, clauses and
provisions, and their purposes. In short, you'll go beyond theory into
the applied techniques and methodology for contract writing, and you
will have the opportunity to discuss the types of contractual problems

valuable checklists for your continued use after the seminar. This
