In this hands-on course, you will learn foundational System Manager administrative tasks that are common to all adopting products. This course does not focus on specific tasks relating to individual adopting products, such as Session Manager, Communication Manager, or CS 1000.

This course combines and replaces System Manager Administering User Profile Accounts (ATC00184VEN) and Advanced System Manager Administration (ATA02540VEN).

Certification:

This course helps you prepare for the ACSS Session Manager and System Manager Implementation and Maintenance certification (Exam 3102.1).
