ACUCMX - Administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Unity Express
Course Description/Agenda
In this exclusive course, you will focus on administering and configuring a
fully functional Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME)
environment. You'll perform adds, moves, and changes and configure a full dial
plan to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), and you'll work with Cisco
Unity Express (CUE) Voice Mail and Unity Express Auto Attendant. You will also
add phones to the system, configure telephony features, and learn to
troubleshoot common problems.
No other Cisco training provider matches our ACUCMX hands-on labs, which
include:
- A real dial plan and Class of Service for calling out to the PSTN, branch
offices, and PBXs
- Various traditional telephony connections such as FXS, FXO, E&M, T1 (CAS
and PRI), and E1 (CAS and PRI)
- Administering the CUCME via command line interface (CLI), graphical user
interface (GUI), and/or Cisco Configuration Professional
- Telephony features such as paging, pickup groups, and Music on Hold
